Description
Make crispy zucchini fries in air fryer in just 10 minutes. This healthy snack is crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
2 medium zucchini, cut into sticks
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Slice zucchini into sticks and sprinkle with salt. Let sit 10 minutes, then pat dry.
2. Set up dredging stations: flour, eggs, and breadcrumb/parmesan/seasoning mix.
3. Dip each zucchini stick in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mix.
4. Place zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
5. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
Don’t skip salting and drying the zucchini—it removes excess moisture for crispier fries.
Use grated parmesan for better texture and faster browning.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even crisping.
