Ingredients
1 cup raw honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon or turmeric
Optional: 1/2 tsp grated ginger or cayenne
Instructions
1. Add raw honey to a small glass bowl
2. Mix in lemon juice
3. Stir in cinnamon or turmeric
4. Add optional ingredients if using
5. Stir well until smooth
6. Store in a sealed glass jar at room temp
7. Take 1 tsp in morning or evening, plain or in warm water
Notes
Use raw, unfiltered honey for best results
Always stir before use, as ingredients may settle
Do not exceed 2 tsp per day
