This Starbucks potato chive bake recipe is the perfect copycat—creamy eggs, cheddar, chives, and potatoes baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded potatoes
6 large eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1/4 cup milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 dish.
2. Spread shredded potatoes evenly on the bottom.
3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in cheddar and chives.
5. Pour mixture over potatoes.
6. Bake 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
7. Let cool slightly and slice into squares.
Notes
Swap cheddar with pepper jack for extra heat.
