Ingredients
1 pound fresh shishito peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
Flaky sea salt (to taste)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the shishito peppers.
2. Place peppers in a bowl, toss with olive oil and flaky salt.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
4. Add peppers in a single layer to the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
6. Remove when blistered and slightly charred.
7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.

Don’t overcrowd the basket—air circulation is key.
Add a sprinkle of garlic powder, sesame oil, or chili flakes for variety.
