Description
This Qdoba chicken recipe is a smoky, juicy, and flavorful homemade version of the restaurant favorite. Perfect for bowls, tacos, wraps, or meal prep.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp adobo sauce (from chipotle peppers)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or zip bag.
2. Add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
3. Heat skillet or grill over medium-high.
4. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
5. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve in bowls, tacos, or wraps.
Notes
You can substitute chicken breast if preferred.
Great for meal prep — store cooked chicken in airtight container up to 4 days.
Serve with rice, beans, guac, or your favorite toppings.
