Ingredients
½ head purple cabbage (chopped)
1 small apple (cored and sliced)
½ lemon or lime (juiced)
1-inch piece fresh ginger (optional)
½ cup cold water (if using blender)
Instructions
Wash all ingredients well.
If using a juicer, feed cabbage, apple, lemon, and ginger through the chute. Stir to mix.
If using a blender, combine ingredients with water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the juice using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Notes
Add mint or pineapple for a flavor twist
Adjust lemon or ginger to taste
Shake before serving if stored in fridge
