This pistachio cream recipe is rich, smooth, and made with just a few pantry staples. Perfect for toast, desserts, and more.
Ingredients
1 cup raw unsalted pistachios
2–4 tbsp powdered sugar or maple syrup
2–3 tbsp milk or plant-based milk
Optional: vanilla extract, orange zest, or a pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Add pistachios to a food processor and blend until finely ground.
2. Slowly add sweetener and milk while blending.
3. Scrape sides often and continue until the cream is smooth.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
5. Transfer to a jar and store refrigerated.
Notes
You can blanch pistachios before blending for a smoother texture and brighter color.
Use the cream within 7–10 days and always keep it chilled.
