Ingredients
2 cups roasted, unsalted pistachios
Optional: pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1 tsp honey
Instructions
1. Add pistachios to a food processor.
2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until crumbly.
3. Scrape down sides and continue blending.
4. Process until smooth and creamy (5–8 minutes).
5. Add salt or honey if desired and pulse briefly.
Notes
Use roasted pistachios for best flavor.
Store in airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
No need to add oil—the nuts release their own.
