Description

A bold and refreshing twist on a classic summer drink. Pickle lemonade combines lemon juice, sugar, and dill pickle brine for a tangy-sweet sip.

Ingredients

1 cup cold water

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp dill pickle brine

2–3 tsp sugar (or to taste)

Ice

Pickle spear or lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

1. Combine water, lemon juice, pickle brine, and sugar in a glass.

2. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Add ice and stir again.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or brine to your liking.

5. Garnish with a pickle spear or lemon slice.

6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Start light on brine if you’re unsure of the flavor strength.

Add tajín or chili salt to the rim for a spicy kick.

Use sparkling water for a fizzy version.

Freeze in popsicle molds for a summer treat.
