Description
A refreshing, blood-sugar-friendly natural Ozempic drink recipe that helps manage cravings, support fat loss, and boost hydration with real ingredients.
Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp raw honey or a few drops of stevia (optional)
2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
10–12 oz cold water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a glass or mason jar.
Stir or shake vigorously to combine everything well.
If using chia seeds, let the drink sit for 5–10 minutes so they expand.
Drink slowly, ideally first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal.
Optional: Blend and strain if you prefer a smoother consistency.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
You can swap lemon for lime or use powdered ginger for convenience.
Use a reusable straw or lid if you’re on the go.
For a cortisol cocktail variation, remove ACV and add tart cherry juice + pinch of sea salt.
