Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh lemon balm (or 1 tbsp dried)
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
10 oz hot water
Instructions
1. Add lemon balm, ginger, and cinnamon to mug or teapot.
2. Pour hot water over the herbs and let steep for 8–10 minutes.
3. Strain the liquid and stir in fresh lemon juice.
4. Add honey if desired.
5. Sip warm, preferably before meals or at night.
