Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 zucchinis

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ head green cabbage

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Slice zucchini into fry shapes and toss with olive oil and grated parmesan.

  3. Spread zucchini fries on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

  4. In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make slaw.

  5. Steam cauliflower until tender, then mash with butter and smoked paprika.

  6. Serve all sides warm alongside your favorite keto burgers.

Notes
