Ingredients
1 ½ cups filtered water
¼ tsp Japanese pink salt (or Himalayan pink salt)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Optional: A few cucumber slices
Instructions
1. Stir the pink salt into the filtered water until fully dissolved.
2. Add fresh lemon juice and stir again.
3. Add honey or cucumber slices if desired.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach or between meals.
