Ingredients
8-12 oz ice-cold water
4-6 ice cubes
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Optional: ¼ teaspoon baking soda or 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with ginger
Instructions
1. Fill a glass with cold water and add ice cubes.
2. Squeeze in lemon juice.
3. Add a pinch of salt or other ingredients if desired.
4. Stir quickly and drink immediately, ideally within 7 seconds.
Notes
Best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Use baking soda version sparingly—no more than once per day.
