Ingredients
2 cups shelled pistachios (raw or roasted)
Optional: 1/2 tsp sea salt
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add pistachios to a food processor.
2. Blend until crumbly, then scrape down the sides.
3. Continue blending until smooth (5–10 minutes).
4. Add salt, honey, or vanilla if desired.
5. Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast raw pistachios before blending.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
