Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese

  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs for flavor


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Separate egg whites and yolks while the eggs are still cold.

  • Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

  • In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, and salt until smooth.

  • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture without deflating.

  • Scoop the mixture into round mounds on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and firm.

 

  • Let cool completely before removing from the tray.

  • Use room temperature egg whites for better volume.
