Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
½ cup oats or flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: cinnamon, chocolate chips, maple syrup
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and grease lightly.
4. Pour batter into the pan in ¼ cup scoops.
5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
6. Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
7. Serve warm with desired toppings.
