Ingredients
12 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, peppers, mushrooms)
1/2 cup cooked meat (ham, bacon, or sausage)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Stir in vegetables, cheese, and meat.
4. Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
5. Bake 18–22 minutes, until set and golden.
6. Cool slightly before serving or storing.
