Description
Creamy pistachio-filled chocolate bars inspired by Dubai chocolate ingredients—nutty, floral, and indulgent with every bite.
Ingredients
1 cup pistachio butter (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
1/3 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
1 tsp rosewater
1/8 tsp saffron threads (optional)
Pinch of cardamom
8 oz milk or dark chocolate (for coating)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix pistachio butter, melted white chocolate, rosewater, saffron, and cardamom until smooth.
2. Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes to firm it up slightly.
3. Melt the milk or dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts.
4. Spoon a small layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds or a parchment-lined tray. Chill until firm.
5. Add a spoonful of pistachio filling on top of each base layer. Press gently to flatten.
6. Cover the filling completely with another layer of melted chocolate. Tap to remove air bubbles.
7. Chill for 1 hour or until fully set. Pop out of molds and serve or gift.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
You can substitute white chocolate with condensed milk for a richer filling.
Add crushed pistachios or edible gold leaf for extra texture and presentation.
