Description
A sweet and savory chicken salad featuring grapes, apples, and pecans. Inspired by the Chicken Salad Chick Fancy Nancy, this version is just as creamy and crunchy — perfect for sandwiches or scoops.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup diced red seedless grapes
1/3 cup chopped red apple
1/4 tsp celery salt
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken and mayonnaise until fully combined.
2. Fold in grapes, apples, and pecans.
3. Season with celery salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with crackers, on a croissant, or over a bed of greens.
To lighten the recipe, use plain Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
Best consumed within 2–3 days when refrigerated in a sealed container.
