2 cans tuna in olive oil
4–5 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions
1. In a heavy pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat.
2. Add onions and cook slowly for 45 minutes, stirring often.
