Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 cup warm or room-temperature water
¼ teaspoon dried butterfly pea flower or brewed tea, cooled (optional)
¼ teaspoon camu camu powder (optional)
1 teaspoon brewed yerba mate or a few drops of extract (optional)
Instructions
In a glass, combine apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
Stir in the grated ginger and optional sweetener until dissolved.
Add warm or room-temperature water and stir well.
If using butterfly pea tea or yerba mate, stir them in now.
To serve chilled, pour over ice and garnish with mint or lemon.
Notes
Room temperature water helps dissolve ingredients more evenly and is gentler on digestion.
To make a pitcher: Multiply all ingredients by 4 and store in a 1-quart glass container.
