Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup warm or room-temperature water

  • ¼ teaspoon dried butterfly pea flower or brewed tea, cooled (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon camu camu powder (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon brewed yerba mate or a few drops of extract (optional)


Instructions
