Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
4 slices thick-cut bacon
4 slices cheddar cheese
8 slider buns
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Optional toppings: pickles, onions, ranch, jalapeños
Instructions
1. Form beef into 8 small patties and season both sides.
2. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
3. Sear patties in a hot skillet, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Place cheese slices on patties and cover to melt.
5. Toast slider buns in the pan or oven.
6. Assemble: bun, patty, bacon, toppings, and serve.

For a lighter option, use turkey or chicken.
