Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
Beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars until fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla; beat until combined.
Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Do not overmix.
Scoop dough, shape, and flatten with a fork.
Bake 9–11 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
