Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
Instructions
1. Lightly roast cumin, fennel, and fenugreek seeds
2. Let them cool, then mix with flax and chia seeds
3. Grind if preferred, or keep whole
4. Store in airtight jar in a cool place
5. Take ½–1 tsp 30 minutes before meals
