Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts thinly.
2. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
3. Mix spices in a bowl.
4. Coat chicken evenly with spices and oil.
5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3-4 minutes.
6. Place chicken in the basket in a single layer.
7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
8. Check that internal temperature is 165°F.
9. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
10. Serve with favorite sides.
